  • How long do I have access to the training materials?

    A: You have 3 days to complete the "The Art of the Phone Call" training once you enroll. Please ensure you have three days set aside to access the training after your initial log in.

  • Why is there a time limit?

    A: This focused timeframe encourages concentrated learning and swift implementation of the skills you gain. We believe a shorter window motivates participants to actively engage and get the most out of the course. Each module builds on previous training and is structured to fit into your schedule. Preparing you with skills you can use right away!

  • Can I extend my access after 3 days?

    A: Unfortunately, due to the condensed nature of the course, we don't currently offer extensions for access. However, if you encounter exceptional circumstances preventing completion within the timeframe, please contact our customer support team at colonyconfidential@gmail.com and we'll be happy to explore options.

  • Who is this course for?

    A: AOPC is for anyone working in a customer service role in Pest Management, Lawn Care and other similar home-service based company. It is a comprehensive training for a new hire. And can also be used as an upgrade for experienced CSR’s who want to attract more leads and succeed in sales.
